This bowl came a week early and looks exactly like it's advertised. I was surprised at how heavy it is, reminding me of lead crystal. This is a relief as I was worried it would be delicate. It only looks very delicate while being useful. It is a good size and holds a good amount of produce. I didn't have apples when it came but it held my couple of baking potatoes and mini personal watermelon with no problems.My only disappointment is that there are no markings on it as there is on the pottery pieces.
