I bought this tote because I was looking for something to carry my goodies and my babies goodies. I have a diaper backpack and it’s wonderful but I’m sick of carrying that and a purse and whatever else doesn’t fit. So I wanted a tote bag big enough and one that is washable. I absolutely love this bag! I love that it zips and I love that the handles are long enough I don’t have a problem putting it on my shoulder even when I have my baby carrier on. I personally like less pockets and compartments in a bag this is perfect for me. The reason I stopped using a diaper bag was because I felt there were too many compartments and every time I was looking for something I’d have to go through all the zippers till I found what I was looking for (keep in mind my “mom brain” forbids me from remembering where I put anything). So as long as you don’t mind having minimal pockets then I think any buyer will be more than satisfied with this bag. I would recommend any Herschel Supply product. I’ve had other bags from this company and they’re all great quality and still like new. 5 Stars for sure.I carry lots of stuff because I'm a mom. I went looking for a cute MK or Coach bag and realized that my lifestyle is more casual right now. I looked forever for a bag that had long handles, was a vertical style and one that could hold my stuff. A zipper or snap closure was also a must. This bag meets all of this criteria for a great price and it is super cute. I like that I have extra room when one of the boys in my life wants me to carry something but I also don't look like I'm lugging around a suitcase. This bag is durable and looks like it would be easy to clean. For my birthday, I'll be asking for the black one for winter use!I like this but know you will probably need to buy an organizer for it. It has two interior pockets. One big enough to hold my iPhone 8S. The other one is slightly smaller. I took a star because the sticking isn’t holding up as well there as I would expect.I like the zipper closure. That’s a nice security feature. And the handles are generous enough that I should be able to use it with a coat in the Michigan winters. And I wear a size 2x - 3x so the strap isn’t tiny.Overall I’m happy with it. I got the brown one with the black handles. It doesn’t show dirt and can be easily cleaned off. I would buy it again.I bought this bag for a special friend. I already have 4 Hershel bag products. I live in Singapore and walk and use the bus daily. Having a plastic-lined bag with pockets that is incredibly sturdy and always seem to look new is priceless.I use it to carry my laptop, my groceries, my shopping purchases. The only improvement I would make to this bag is adding an outside pocket similar to the one on the older market tote design that fits the size of a smart phone. I like being able to find my phone easily.Material is very durable and double lining the inside of the bag is very good quality. Canvas on outside of bag seems to be water-resistant. Herschel is always a great product! I am very satisfied. Love the size as it fits 2 laptops and my work documents. Great for traveling. Handles are long enough I can carry over my shoulder. It’s sleek and professional but still trendy. I am a bit sad at how quickly it can stain but it’s also light grey so be careful not to get it too dirty.I have been on the hunt for a tote for about a year, before I committed and got this one. I was needing a tote bag that would hold my lunch bag, my small cross body purse, and my coffee. It needed to zip securely, no gaps at either end of the zipper, water resistant, and nice enough for me to carry to meetings with my laptop. This bag checks them all, and more. The handles are long enough that when I wear a coat I can still slip my arm through and be comfortable. The crosshatch makes the bag look more business casual then just a plane black tote, so it's great for meetings. The stitching is nice and secure. I hope this bag will last a few years!I love Herschel products. This is a very generous tote that will hold a lot of stuff! I ordered the pink which looks almost like a bubblegum pink in the photo. It's not at all pink, more of a dusty mauve, almost beige-pink, if that's even a color! I'm keeping it because it's a great tote in spite of the color. Highly recommendSo far this has been one of the best totes I own! It's big enough to carry my 13" laptop, has pockets on the inside and the bottom is slightly padded - good enough to put heavy items in.
