The middle portion of the E would not blow up. I tried the electric pump at first and was afraid it would blow up with all the pressure building in the other portions of the balloon. I then switched to the manual pump, the middle portion still did not budge and remained deflated. Eventually, the balloon blew out and and ripped open. The manufacturer must have mistaken sealed the middle portion of E. Party is this weekend. Won’t be able to use balloons as decor as planned, SMH.
