My wife owns a set (dishes, bowls, cups etc for 12) of polish pottery that she actually bought in Poland in 2007. She's wanted a large serving bowl for pasta that had handles on it, but we couldn't find one that matched her pottery. I found this one on Amazon and snatched it up. The bowl is gorgeous. Not surprising, it was expensive at around $100. The way it looks and feels (weighty) makes it worth the money...I'm certain that you could probably get this bowl in Poland for about half the price, but to have it delivered to your door, intact, it's well worth it...and she loves it! Happy wife, happy life :)
