Typically and with most labels, I would buy a size 6 bottom. I had also purchased the same style top for this tankini, and although I'm slight in the chest, I usually need a size 10 - which is what I did order. Afraid that a size 6 might be too skimpy, I am happy that I went with the 8. Jantzen is known for its quality and these were offered at fantastic prices. Wearing it, there is no gap between the top and bottom. I gave this four stars only because I haven't had the chance to swim in this outfit yet.A+I love it. And the price is perfect.
