As I'm sipping on a cup of this right now, I figured I may as well review it. I purchased this blend probably last winter... I have so much tea in my cabinet that it ended up hidden for months. Anyways, I rediscovered it earlier today while cleaning said cabinet and luckily it is good until next year. It was already open because I used about half of the tea when it first arrived. Let me tell you not only does it still look fresh, but it tastes just as lovely as I remember. It must be due to the tin it comes in. It seals really well.I steep this blend for about 5 minutes, it can handle that amount of time without becoming bitter. I am definitely a fan of both oolong and rose, and the combination of the two is genius! Like I said, the taste is fantastic. It turns out a pale green but don't let that light color fool you, the flavor is pleasantly noticable... not weak at all. I don't add sugar, it doesn't need it. My favorite part about this tea is how wonderful it makes my house smell. ? It is definitely one of my favorites and I do recommend it.
