This necklace was purchased for my daughter to store some of my son's ashes. The two of them were super close, so to keep him near at all times, we looked at many different necklaces and chose this one along with another one. The color is very pretty and the size is not too big. It was easy to insert the ashes but keep in mind, only a little can fit inside. The only thing we are not sure of, is how it will hold up if wet. Therefore, she does not shower in it. We have had it for less than a month so this is all I can honestly say right now.
