I used it for cutting fishing line and electrical tapeThis is a top quality knife. I've used it every day for the last two months and it's still perfect. Not a single scratch on the finish. I've used Tac Force knives for 3 or 4 years and I'm always impressed by their quality. Without even mentioning the impressive value for the price. I have tried at least a dozen big brand and no name knives alike, that cost 2 to more than 10 times as much and I still prefer my Tac Force knives hands down. This knife in particular; has a good weight and balance, opens very crisp, feels sturdy with no wiggle anywhere, has held up to daily use and washing and is still sharp enough to shave with. It sounds too good to be true but honestly I couldn't image someone who has tried Gerber or Benchmade not being extremely happy with this knife at a fraction of the price. All that said, this isn't a hunting wilderness knife, but for normal daily use, opening packages and mail or trimming a thread or tag, I couldn't be happier with it. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to anyone.I got this for my wife, because she likes the color. She doesn't care about knives like I do, but if it takes getting something shiny to get her to keep it around, so be it. This knife has seen no use, so I may add a star after a while. So far, it seems like a decent blade; easy to open & close.Pretty knife for girls , just as pictured. Box is just enough to hold knife. Not a presentation type box.I had a little trouble figuring out how to close the knife. As it didn't have the little tab / button that most knives have. But it still closes the same. Apply a little pressure pushing side of knife out and it releases just fine.Will make great gifts , for a more unusual knife style.Slightly disappointed by the color, as it is more brassy in person. But other than that it’s a nice, sharp, sturdy knife.Finish is more of copper than rose gold but I'm in love with it! It's not light but the size is perfect.Smooth action, slim design and super cute. Beautiful copper/rose/gold. It makes me super happy, and it’s far more feminine than most of my knives.
