My 17yr old daughter is a barista, so she and I are often making different drinks and testing different mixes. Also, I married into a Chinese family and red bean is a very common item. Oh, so good when I can get a nice red bean bun or some other dessert with red bean as the main ingredient.-- Zero instructions!I even posted a question here on Amazon and nobody...not even the manufacturer responded.+ Provided scooping spoon is cute.-- Provided scooping spoon is worthless!Even with a heaping scoop, I'm scooping 6+ times to make a single drink.-- Not worth it.Through trial and error, I've come to the conclusion that we need two(2) tablespoons (maybe 1.5) per 8oz of hot water. This is a tiny bag. Meaning there aren't that many servings in this bag.-- Not very sweet.I had higher expectations for the jujube/data ingredient, but even with a thicker drink (2tbsp per 8oz) the sweetness is very, very mild.Those red bean buns and desserts mentioned are all plenty sweet (not candy sweet by a long mile, but sweet enough), whereas this isn't sweet at all.+ An added star because the ingredients (if the label that is readable can be believed) are clean and only a few items ( red bean, jujube/date, and barely/coix).OVERALL:I'm going to looks someplace else for a red bean powder drink mix because this one simply won't last but for a handful of servings and I'd rather not have to add my own sweetener.
