Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Aftercare: Enjoy your lovely new piece of jewellery and please treat it with love and care. To ensure your jewellery continues to shine and sparkle we recommend cleaning with a mild soapy solution or a silver polishing cloth. Precious stones should be treated with extra care and should not be submerged in water or exposed to any cleaning products. Charms and charm bracelets in particular should not be worn while washing up or showering.
