Buying gloves has to be a very personal experience. Sometimes, you just deal with it, depending on the task. But for many tasks, a specific kind of glove becomes almost a tool, the right tool for the right job. They are meant to protect your hands, but also allow some tasks to be easier than you would to if bare handed. If they fit wrong, even the least little amount, their functionality can be reduced quite a bit. But if they fit right, work is easier, more efficient, and sometimes even fun. That said, these fit my hands about as perfectly as a good fashion glove might. They don't slip, or extend too much beyond my fingers. Snug, so they don't slide or roll. This means I can pick up small items sometimes without even having to take them off first (which has always been rather annoying). The joints,knuckles, back, are all well designed, and even the forearm covers don't bag much at all (I'd very mucht like to see what a shoulder length version would do, to help with large items and sun protection). They are put together incredibly well, with much attention to not only detail, but hand movement, and dexterity. .A busy day got mud and dirt and grass stains, and believe it or not, a trip through the washer caused no harm to them at all. They seem to work well for tasks way beyond what was intended.
